A safe, confidential therapy environment that offers the support you need. Now available for in-person therapy in New York City (Manhattan) and Virtual Counseling in selected licensed states (NY, NJ, TX, CA, FL, GA, IL and VT).

A majority of people who receive therapy assistance are able to function better in their daily lives. The benefits can be wide ranging and influential. Therapy can improve behaviors and emotions that are negatively impacting your mental health.

That being said, it does take a certain openness and trust in your therapist  to experience the benefits of therapy over time.

Over and over again research has proven that online therapy (video, phone) can be as effective in treating anxiety, depression and trauma as in person counseling.

In fact, outcomes in therapy are typically better the more sessions you attend and because virtual therapy is so convenient you are less likely to skip a meeting!
