A majority of people who receive therapy assistance are able to function better in their daily lives. The benefits can be wide-ranging and influential. Therapy can improve behaviors and emotions that are negatively impacting your mental health.

That being said, it does take a certain openness and trust in your therapist to experience the benefits of therapy over time.
